Coordination and counseling center against trafficking in human beings
Ban Ying e.V. is one of the oldest women’s projects in Berlin working to combat human trafficking. We support migrant women who have experienced violence, exploitation or trafficking in two ways. We work towards the equal participation of migrant women in society through public relations work, conducting training for public sector employees, scientific analysis and advocacy work. Our social workers provide advice and counseling for migrant women in order to support them in achieving their objectives and asserting their rights. In addition to the coordination and counseling center, we also run a shelter in which women who have been affected by human trafficking can seek refuge. Read more
